i’m not particularly religious but i gave up candy one year for lent when i was younger and i remember i lost weight to be 99 lbs which was considered a normal range at the time. i remember how great i felt but soon went on vacation and quickly gained it back. since that year i have never been able to stick with lent like i did.
this year i will be successful. no sweets. no junk food. no eating after dinner. water. exercise.
40 days. let’s make a habit. GO
